The Carpal Button is designed to offer direct fixation technique (it is used to obtain fusion of the carpal bones). It has been used successfully for 5 years to treat osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and post-traumatic arthritis. The Carpal Button is also indicated for use in fracture repair and carpal instability.

• Screw positioning is facilitated by the interface screw plates. This offers an easy application of the device
• Stability during positioning is provided by both K-Wires holes and plate positioning
• This stability provides a precise positioning for screws and reduces plate tilting which could lead to its prominence on the carpal surface

• A specially designed burr restricts carpal movement during the burring process
