The StaFIX™ stapes are designed for foot surgeries. These staples are indicated for fracture fixation, osteotomy and arthrodesis in long and small bones, and for the fixation of soft tissue to the bone.
The StaFIX™ is designed to provide precise, stable and versatile fixation. The staples are manufactured from stainless steel with threaded prongs. StaFIX™ staples are available in different sizes, regular or angled: 6x6mm, 8x8mm, and 10x10mm bone staples; and 6x12mm and 8x16mm soft tissue staples (Width x Length).
The instrument set is comprised of a drilling guide, a centring pin, K-Wires (ø 1.5; L. 70mm & 80 mm), a positioner and an impactor.
