The Precise
SD Distal Radial Volar Plate is a low profile, surface design locking
plate that provides optimized fit and improved articular support
over a broad range of anatomic variation. The advanced locking technology
in the plate allows surgeons to insert polyaxial locking or non-locking
screws and pegs at variable angles with respect to the plate (+/-
15 degrees), thus addressing the location and geometry of a given
fracture or osteotomy.
• Low Profile, Anatomic Surface Design (SD)
- Offers optimized fit and improved articular support
• Patented Polyaxial Locking Technology
- Allows Polyaxial locking or non-locking screws at variable angles (+/- 15 degrees)
• Type II Anodization
- Increase Strength, reduces cold welding (between plate and screws); also reduces tissue adhesion
• Multiple Plate and Screw Offerings
- Accommodate various bone sizes and shapes
• Plates (right and left)
- Standard (2 rows of 4x4 screws) 25 x 52mm
- Standard Long 25 x 75mm
- Narrow (2 rows of 3x4 screws) 22 x52mm
- Narrow Long 22 x 75mm
• Screws
- 2.7mm locking cortical (10-30mm, in 2mm
increments)
- 2.7mm non-locking cortical (10-30mm, in 2mm
increments)
- 2.7mm non-locking lag screws (10-30mm, in 2mm
increments)
- 3.5mm locking cortical (8-20mm in 2mm increments)
- 3.5mm non-locking cortical (8-20mm, in 2mm
increments)
• Locking Pegs
- 1.9mm locking pegs (12-28mm, in 2mm increments)
